Musicians using the new feature increased their listener base by thousands for as little as $25

 

Using industry-leading technology and machine learning, Beatchain is launching its newest tool for artists and music marketers of all levels — Fan Builder

 

And the results have already been staggering. 

 

Building off its unique big data dashboard of digital insights, Beatchain has created an easy-to-use feature guiding artists and music managers through building their fanbase with targeted advertising buys. Despite initially flying under the radar, artists who have been early users of Fan Builder have seen amazing results from the specialized tech. 

 

Eliza Shaddad, a London-based indie rock artist, used Beatchain’s newest feature to land more than 3,000 new fans in just one month, including close to 10,000 new profile views and 2.9 million targeted ad impressions, spending around $800 (£616). A California Instrumentalist, VCAGE, only spent $50 (£39) on Fan Builder and earned 248 new followers, 338 new listeners and 181,000 ad impressions. 

 

Others who tested the new software were The Brown Goose and Joe Publick, artists who each gained thousands of listeners spending between $0.08 and $0.04 (£0.06 and £0.03) for each new listener, respectively. The Brown Goose found success using every aspect of Beatchain’s recommended suite of features, including Fan Growth, Distribution, Presave, and Hypelinks. And since using Fan Builder’s ad campaigns to hyper-target his audience and insights to focus efforts on Facebook, Joe Publick has signed a label contract with Sony. 

 

Simply put, this new automatic-ad-buy tech from Beatchain is leveling the playing field for artists. The days of needing a marketing department to get noticed are over. Instead of trying to find money for outsourcing marketing and promotion, artists can trust Beatchain’s machine learning tech to target the potential audiences most likely to, not only listen to their music, but become engaged fans. The music marketing and distribution platform, Beatchain, is announcing two new members to their advisory board this week — Robert Morelli and Louis Ifantis. Bringing a track record of leadership and excellence in the media and technology industries, both Morelli and Ifantis join an already impressive board of advisors at Beatchain in Allen Kovac, CEO of Better Noise Music and Tenth Street Entertainment, and Cliff Fluet, Partner at Lewis Silkin/Eleven Advisory.

Artist-centered platform doubles down on its mission to boost musician career development through tech

 

In yet another win for musicians who are looking to bypass the music label model, digital marketing platform Beatchain has completed a deal with Avora Now to take ownership of the hugely popular Instagram page for musicians, Artist Growth Tips (previously known as avoranowcom). 

 

Since 2018, independent music distribution company, Avora Now, has gathered a highly engaged Instagram following of indie artists and marketers, posting enlightening inspiration and helpful tips in posts like “Why You Should Ask Fans to Follow You on Streaming Sites,” and “Covid-19 Sucks But Here’s What You Can Do As An Artist.”

 

Picking up where Avora Now left off, Beatchain will be giving artists the most cutting-edge, hot insights into modern music distribution on the Artist Growth Tips on Instragram. But on top of the digestible lists and how-to’s, they also offer a host of additional expertise on marketing and distribution of music, including analytics, social media strategy, advertising, branding, and website building.  

 

Regarding the acquisition, Ben Mendoza, Beatchain CEO said, “Beatchain was approached by Karan Beghi of Avora Now a few months ago regarding taking on their great ‘Artist Growth Tips’ site Karan and I agreed it would be important to all the 21.5K existing followers of the site, that under Beatchain’s control it would remain the go-to source for high-quality educational material for aspiring artists and creators.  It will not replace our popular Beatchain blog which, understandably, focuses on what’s new at Beatchain.”

 

For fans of the already popular account, there is nothing but added benefits coming from the move under Beatchain’s umbrella. In addition to more frequent Instagram posts and hands-on industry know-how, Beatchain will be helping independent artists transition from Avora Now’s distribution service to the Beatchain music marketing platform, where artists will be getting even more tools at their disposal, for a better price. 

 

Karan Beghi, founder of Avora Now, will now be turning his attention to his new start-up, Musicspace.io, a music catalog management/organization and protection platform for artists, producers and record labels worldwide. But Beghi is thrilled with Beatchain’s plans for the Artist Growth Tips account.
